Dr. Michael Robertson
Dr. Michael Robertson grew up in Odessa, Texas, graduating from Permian High School. He then moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech and has never considered leaving. After receiving a degree in Microbiology, he went on to study medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Medical School, graduating in 1982. He, like Dr. Little, did his Internal Medicine Residency here in Lubbock with an extra year of being Chief Resident. Throughout the years, Dr. Robertson has continued his medical education through courses with emphasis on pharmacology, sports medicine, and, most recently, studies in aesthetic injectables and laser treatments. His hobbies include being a team physician for Texas Tech, fly-fishing, hunting, and his family. He and his wife, Lisa, have been married since medical school and have two sons: Chris, a construction engineer, lives in Frisco; Cory, a medical student, lives in Amarillo with his wife Lauren.
Dr. Dale Little
Dr. Dale Little was born in Dallas and spent most of his young life in that area. He moved to San Antonio as a teenager and later attended Trinity University, where he majored in Biology. He and his wife, Susan, moved to Lubbock upon his acceptance to Texas Tech University School of Medicine. Dr. Little completed his medical residency in Internal Medicine at (then) Lubbock General Hospital, serving as the Chief Resident during his third year. He has practiced internal medicine here in Lubbock since then, most of that time with his partner and friend, Dr. Michael Robertson. His hobbies include welding, grilling outdoors, gardening and fishing. He and Susan have two daughters: Christy, a BSN at Covenant Medical Center, and Sarah, a program coordinator for English Skills Learning Center in Salt Lake City. Dr. Little's fascination with lasers was the brainstorm behind DermaSmooth. Both Dr. Little and Dr. Robertson have been trained and certified in aesthetic injectables and laser treatments by Lumenis and Allergan.
Kristen Atnipp
Kristen Atnipp is from Fort Worth. She received her Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Texas Tech University in 2004. Kristen married her husband, Stuart, in 2009. They moved to Lubbock in January 2011 after she received her Esthetician License. Kristen and Stuart welcomed their first child, Grady, in July 2011. Kristen joined DermaSmooth in December 2011. She enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Tiffany Norris
After completing school and receiving a license in Esthetics in 2006, Tiffany traveled for a year to continue her education in skin care and regularly attends seminars and workshops in order to further her knowledge and better serve her clients. Her focus is on educating her clients, and always welcomes the chance to help clients feel better about themselves. Tiffany is known for her facial treatments. She takes pride in providing each of her clients a unique experience and tailoring each one specifically for his or her own individual needs. She brings to the treatment room a clear understanding of many skin conditions, their root causes and different ways to treat them using the best skin care available. She also specializes in luxurious, healing European facials. Each facial is customized based on the analysis of your skin and lifestyle. Tiffany also stays in high demand as one of Lubbock's leading bridal make-up artists. She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband Alan and their children, Maggie and Charlie.
Joretta Bartlett
Joretta Bartlett was born in Lamesa and raised right here in Lubbock, graduating from Monterey High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Chuck, and together they raised 3 children: son, T.J., lives in the MetroPlex; son, Scotty and his wife Paige are both pharmacists here in Lubbock; and daughter, Kacy, married to Matt, lives in Austin. She then returned to school to receive her aesthetician license with special interest in laser treatments. Joretta loves to cook and to garden. She and Chuck, also a pharmacist, love to travel and spend time with their children. Joretta has been with DermaSmooth since 2007.
