APPOINTMENTS
  • Book your services as far in advance as possible.
  • For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT
  • We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard credit cards.
  • Gift certificates can be used toward any service or product offered by DermaSmooth Med Spa. They are not redeemable for cash.

LEVEL OF COMFORT
 
This is your journey and the level of undress is completely up to you. You will always be covered except for the area being worked on at the time. Your comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance.

POLICY FOR MINORS
 
Any DermaSmooth Med Spa guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa.

ATTIRE
 
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Leave jewelry at home, since many services require you to remove your jewelry.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
 
Give a gift of wellness and results, with a DermaSmooth Med Spa Gift Certificate. They may be purchased for any service or group of services or any dollar amount. There are no hidden fees. Each Gift Certificate is valid for the dollar amount of the purchase. Gift Certificates can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
